Notice: A confirmation email will be sent when your application and deposit are received either through mail or our online application process. Applications will be on a first-come, first serve basis. Deposits are refundable only for medical reasons. Requests must be accompanied by a physician’s letter and must be received before your camp session begins. A $25 application processing fee will not be refunded. Please remember that the University of Utah is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property.
